Returns & Cancellations

At Radiostyrt.nu you always shop safely. We follow Swedish law and offer a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act . Below we explain how it works step by step.

Right of withdrawal – 14 days

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The product must be in essentially unchanged condition – unused, clean and in original packaging.

How to make a return

1. Contact us via email: info@radiostyrt.nu Please provide your order number, name and which product you want to return.
2. You will receive the return address and instructions via email.
3. Package the item well. You are responsible for return shipping if you change your mind.
4. Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the amount to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refund

Refunds will be made within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Shipping costs will not be refunded if the entire order is not returned.

Complaint

If a product is defective or has damage that did not occur during handling, you should make a complaint instead of returning it. Contact us via info@radiostyrt.nu and attach pictures and order number. We follow the Consumer Purchase Act and will help you with repair, exchange or refund depending on the situation.

Unclaimed packages

If you do not collect your shipment and it is returned to us, a handling fee of SEK 250 will be charged for shipping and administration. See also Terms and Conditions .

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, such as goods manufactured or modified at the customer's request, or electronic components that have been assembled and used. This is always clearly stated in the product description.
