Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Tierp, Uppsala County. We strive for fast and secure deliveries, with clear information throughout the process.

Delivery times

Normal handling time: 1–3 business days .
The delivery time from carrier to your agent/home address is usually 1–3 business days depending on location.

Shipping options & cost

Current shipping options and prices are displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. We use established carriers with tracking.
Free shipping may occur during promotions or over a certain order amount - in which case it will be clearly stated at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email (and sometimes SMS from the carrier) with a tracking link.

Partial and residual deliveries

If an order contains both stock and custom-made items, we can split the delivery if necessary. We will always notify you if anything affects the delivery time.

Delivery method

Standard is delivery via agent. Home delivery may be offered depending on carrier and zip code – if available it will be shown at checkout.

Delivery area

We currently deliver within Sweden. For corporate customers and collaborations outside Sweden – contact us at info@radiostyrt.nu .

Transport damage & missing goods

Check the package upon collection. If the packaging is damaged: take photos immediately and report it to the agent/carrier and to us. Email info@radiostyrt.nu with the order number and photos, and we will help you.

Delays

Holidays, extreme weather and carrier disruptions can cause delays. We monitor cases and help you if something is taking too long.

Unclaimed package

For shipments that are not collected and returned to us, a handling fee of SEK 250 will be charged to cover shipping and administration costs. See also our Terms and Conditions .
