Welcome to Radiostyrt.nu ! Here you will find information about our terms and conditions. When you shop with us, you accept these terms and conditions. We have tried to write them as clearly and easily readable as possible – no complicated texts, just straight forward information.

Ordering

Orders are placed via our webshop www.radiostyrt.nu . When your order is completed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. If something looks wrong – contact us directly and we will correct it before the order is sent.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including 25% VAT. We work with established payment providers for secure and smooth purchases. Available payment options are presented at checkout (for example, card, Swish or Klarna). There are no hidden fees in addition to the shipping cost.

Delivery

Orders are normally shipped within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in Tierp, Uppsala County. The shipping cost is displayed in the checkout before you confirm your purchase. More information can be found under the Shipping & Delivery tab.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to Swedish law. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us before you return anything, and we will help you with the address and instructions. More information can be found under Returns & Withdrawal .

Complaints

If something is wrong with the product, the Consumer Purchase Act applies. Contact us via info@radiostyrt.nu and please attach pictures and order number. We will resolve it as quickly as possible - our goal is always a satisfied customer.

Unclaimed package

For unclaimed shipments that are returned to us, a fee of SEK 250 will be charged to cover shipping and handling costs.

Dispute

We always follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints (ARN) in the event of a dispute. As a consumer, you can also use the EU's common dispute resolution platform via ec.europa.eu/odr .
