Payment options

You can choose between several secure payment methods at checkout, such as:

• Swish – Direct payment via mobile phone.
• Klarna – Invoice, partial payment or direct payment (depending on agreement).

All payments are handled through our payment providers, which means we never store your card details .

Security

Our webshop uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption , which means that all information between you and the store is sent encrypted. This applies to both payments and personal data - you can see this through the lock symbol in the browser's address bar.

Reservation of amount

When paying by card, the bank may reserve the amount until the payment is confirmed. If an order is canceled, the reservation is automatically released, which can take up to a couple of banking days depending on the bank.

Invoice & partial payment (Klarna)

If you choose Klarna as your payment method, you also agree to Klarna's terms and conditions . The invoice is normally sent via email in connection with delivery. If you have any questions about payment, please contact Klarna's customer service directly.

Non-payment

In the event of non-payment, a reminder will be sent according to the payment provider's procedures. Any late payment interest or fees are governed by the respective provider's terms and conditions.

Fraud control

For your and our security, orders may be manually reviewed. If fraud or incorrect information is suspected, we have the right to stop or cancel an order.

Receipt & order confirmation

A receipt is always sent via email after purchase. Please save this as a warranty document and for future contact with us.
