Order & products
How do I know if a product is in stock?
Stock levels are displayed directly on the product page. If something is out of stock, it cannot be added to the shopping cart.
Can I add to or change an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not yet been packed, we will of course try to help you update it.
Can I order spare parts that are not available in the store?
Yes! Send an email with the item number or picture, and we will try to get it for you.
Shipping & delivery
How long is the delivery time?
Orders are normally shipped within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in Tierp. Delivery time then depends on the carrier and location, usually 1-3 days.
What shipping options do you offer?
We use PostNord and DHL as standard. Exact options and prices are shown at checkout.
Can I pick up the item in person?
We do not currently offer direct pickup, but local collaborations can be arranged in exceptional cases - contact us if necessary.
Payment
What payment options are available?
Card, Swish and Klarna (invoice, partial payment or direct payment).
Why didn't my payment go through?
Double check that all information is correct. If the problem persists, contact your bank or payment provider.
Returns & warranty
How do I return a product?
Please contact us via email before sending anything back, and we will provide you with a return address and instructions. More information can be found on the Returns & Cancellations page.
How long is the warranty valid?
All products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects according to Swedish law. Damage caused by improper use, water or collision is not covered.

My car won't start - what do I do?
Check that the battery is fully charged, the transmitter is on, and the receiver is connected. For more troubleshooting tips, see our guides.
